• 1.      Opening Prayer followed by the Pledge of Allegiance
• 2.      Opening Statement – Jerry letter (see attached)– This is the last meeting of 2023. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and support of the Reagan Day Dinner.  We need school board candidates for the even districts.
• 3.      Minutes –Lona - No corrections. Accepted as submitted.
• 4.      Treasures Report – Todd – Reagan Day Dinner income $32,566.25. Expenses $10,329.23 Total Reagan Day Income = $22,237.02 See attached report.
• 5.      Announcements – Lona and Cindy- Reagan Day Dinner thank you!! All the great volunteers and especially the MCRW for all that they did putting this together. Thanks to all the members and their support!! Thanks to Gabe Howard all that he did.
• MCRW – Is growing!
• Gabe Howard- The Howard Company – Gabe is also a county commissioner for District 8. He spoke about the work being done to get impact fees passed in the State Legislature. Really need the community’s support.
• 6.      District Ice Breaker and Attendance Award – Chris – Each table has a number on it, this is the district, and we ask that you go to your district table. Still need district captains for District 1, 2, 3 and 11. District 9 is the winner again this week, just barely beating out District 6.  Congratulations District 9!

• 8.      Rick Williams spoke on the “Bikers for Trump Rally” to be held at the Harley Davidson Store In Columbia. Saturday Nov 4^th at 9 am. –
• 9.      Other announcements –
•  a) need school board candidates for all the even districts. -Thanks to Darryl Martin (in attendance) for already pulling his papers to run. December 14^th is the qualifying deadline.
• b) We are looking for a couple more volunteers to help set up before these meetings. See Jerry Strahan if you can help.
